work 02: weapon

from $55.00

A study in rhythm.

Where meister finds strength in structure, weapon moves with instinct. Inspired by Soul Evans, the work translates effortless confidence into a composition of sharp contrasts, graphic movement, and musical influence. Black, white, deep red, and strong yellow establish a bold foundation, while softer blues and silver interrupt the composition with moments of coolness.

The soul scythe returns as a point of connection between the two works, appearing in the same design as Maka’s nail. Headband-inspired patches reappear with a shift in language, replacing Soul’s name with cool. Black and yellow stripes, zigzags, and suit-inspired pinstripes build a distinctly graphic vocabulary, while the moon and the two souls reference the relationship at the center of the work.

Jazz becomes the underlying rhythm. Piano keys, music staffs, and layered graphic elements turn the composition into something that feels almost audible—improvisational, expressive, and impossible to hold completely still.

Mixed finishes, typography, and dimensional detailing allow the graphic elements to move between polished and tactile, keeping the work clean without making it rigid.

Cool without trying.
Loud without asking.
