need A LITTLE HELP BEFORE YOU BEGIN?
Everything you need to know about applying, wearing, removing, and caring for your Work can be found below. Follow each step carefully to get the best fit and longest wear from your work.
01 — before you apply
PREPARE YOUR NAILS
Start with clean, dry natural nails. Remove any existing polish or product and gently push back your cuticles if needed.
Avoid applying your Work immediately after soaking your hands or using products that leave oil or residue on the nails.
02 — choose your adhesive
ADHESIVE TABS
Adhesive tabs provide a temporary application and are ideal when you want to remove and potentially reuse your Work.
NAIL GLUE
Use only an air-dry nail glue specifically intended for press-on nails and follow the product's instructions for application and removal.
IMPORTANT: Do not use nail glue or adhesive gel that requires UV/LED curing with opaque press-ons unless the product is specifically designed for that application. Opaque press-ons can prevent light from reaching the adhesive, which may result in incomplete curing and increase the risk of irritation or allergic reactions.
03 — apply your work
Select the correct nail for each finger and arrange your set in order.
Apply your chosen adhesive according to its instructions.
Align the press-on with your natural nail, leaving a small gap around the surrounding skin and cuticle.
Press firmly and evenly for the recommended amount of time.
Repeat for each nail, checking the placement before pressing it into place.
04 — wear, care, & storage
Treat your Work as you would any delicate, handcrafted piece.
Avoid using your nails as tools, exposing them to unnecessary force, or picking at the edges. Keep them clean and dry, and handle them gently during everyday activities.
To clean your nails, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab or soft cloth and gently wipe the surface.
If your Work is being reused, clean any remaining adhesive from the press-on and allow it to dry completely before storing.
Return each nail to its original position in the case and store your Work somewhere clean, dry, and protected until its next wear.
05 — removal
Never force or pull your Work from the natural nail.
Follow the removal instructions for the adhesive you used and allow the adhesive to loosen before gently removing the press-on.
If resistance remains, stop and continue following the adhesive manufacturer's removal instructions.
