Orders are not placed into the production queue until payment has been received.
Final pricing is determined by nail length, design class, consultation fees (if applicable), specialty materials, and any additional services selected during checkout.
PRICING POLICY
Final pricing is based on the completed design rather than the initial concept.
If revisions move a design into a different pricing class, the final price will be adjusted before production begins.
Specialty materials not currently stocked by the studio will be added to the final price with customer approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available, as materials and labor have already been committed to the order.
Consultation fees and custom design work are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, refunds are not offered once production has begun or after an order has shipped.
If an error is made by the studio, Atelier will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution.
CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
CONSULTATION POLICY
Preset customizations and private commissions require a scheduled video consultation.
One round of revisions is included with every consultation.
Additional redesigns or major concept changes require an additional design fee.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for time spent designing and planning your order.
REFERENCE IMAGE POLICY
Reference images are welcome and may be used as inspiration.
Reference recreations are interpreted by hand and may not be identical to the original.
Minor edits to an existing design are treated as a preset customization and are subject to the applicable consultation fee.
SHAPE & LENGTH POLICY
Each Atelier work is designed with a specific silhouette in mind. Alternate sizing options may be available upon request to preserve the integrity of the original composition.
PRODUCTION
TURNAROUND POLICY
Orders are completed in the order they are received.
Priority Queue orders are moved into the priority production schedule.
Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on current studio workload.
Holiday closures and temporary studio breaks may extend turnaround estimates.
ARTISTIC RIGHTS POLICY
Every Atelier set is an original handcrafted work created by the studio.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Atelier reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed work for portfolio, educational, and promotional purposes.
SIZING & PRODUCT CARE
SIZING POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.
Sizing may be completed using the coin method, a sizing kit, or previously recorded measurements.
Nail sizes vary between different shapes and lengths.
If sizing issues result from inaccurate customer-provided measurements, replacement nails may be purchased separately.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Refunds are not provided for lost, broken, or improperly cared-for nails.
Individual replacement nails are available beginning at $10 per nail. Pricing may increase depending on the complexity of the original design.
CARE POLICY
Press-on nails should be handled with care.
Normal wear, improper application, accidental damage, or staining do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Nails may be cleaned gently using isopropyl alcohol applied with a cotton swab or soft cloth.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY
Customers may choose either shipping or local pickup when available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Atelier's control.
STUDIO STANDARDS
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Atelier strives to respond to all inquiries promptly during business hours.
Frequent status requests will not accelerate production.
Customers will receive updates at major production milestones and are always welcome to reach out with questions regarding their order.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Atelier reserves the right to decline any order containing hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
The studio may also decline commissions that fall outside its artistic capabilities, technical expertise, or creative direction.
